Partner terms

These terms govern the Elevated India partner programme operated by Elevated World Private Limited (CIN U79120HR2026PTC148336), trading as Elevated India ("we", "us"). By applying you ("partner") accept them.

1. Joining

• Guest Circle applications are approved automatically. Ambassador and Advisor applications are reviewed by our team, who may decline or change the partnership type at their discretion.
• Your link and code begin tracking when you apply. Rewards accrue only on introductions made while your partnership is approved.
• One partnership per person or business. Partnerships are personal and may not be transferred.

2. What counts as your introduction

• An introduction is credited to you when a guest reaches us through your tracked link, your invitation page, your partner code, or a personal introduction registered in your panel.
• The first introduction wins. A guest is credited to one partner only, normally the first to introduce them.
• We cannot credit guests who were already in contact with us before your introduction, introductions of yourself or your own bookings, or introductions made in breach of these terms.
• Where the tracking record is incomplete, our team may credit or reassign an introduction based on the evidence available. Every such decision is logged, and our decision is final.

3. Rewards

• Guest Circle partners earn travel credit; Ambassadors and Advisors earn commission. Current rates are shown on the programme page and in your panel, and are calculated on the value of land arrangements paid by the guest — excluding international flights, visas, insurance, taxes, government fees and third-party costs passed through at cost.
• A reward becomes due once the guest has completed their journey and paid in full. Cancelled, refunded or unpaid bookings earn nothing, and rewards already paid on them may be recovered.
• Commission is paid within 30 days of the end of the journey against your invoice to Elevated World Private Limited. Travel credit is applied to a future journey booked within 24 months, and has no cash value.
• Applicable taxes may be withheld or charged as required by law, including tax deducted at source in India. You are responsible for your own taxes in your country.

4. Ten & one — complimentary places

• Guest Circle and Ambassador partners earn one complimentary place for every ten paying travellers credited to them who complete their journeys, counted cumulatively.
• Advisors earn one complimentary place for each single booking of ten or more paying travellers.
• Only travellers on journeys with land arrangements of at least USD 1,500 per person (or equivalent) count towards a place.
• A complimentary place covers land arrangements for one traveller sharing a twin or double room, on a journey we design, up to the average per-traveller land value of the ten travellers that earned it. Single supplements, flights, visas, insurance and personal expenses are not included.
• Places must be taken within 24 months of being earned, are subject to availability (peak festival dates and the Christmas and New Year period may be excluded), have no cash value and may be gifted only to a named family member with our agreement.
• The value of a complimentary place may be a taxable benefit for you, and tax may be deducted at source where Indian law requires.

5. How you promote us

• Disclose the partnership clearly and before the link — "#ad", "Paid partnership" or "I earn a commission" — wherever you share your link or code publicly, in line with the rules that apply to you (including the US FTC Endorsement Guides, UK ASA/CMA guidance, the ASCI guidelines in India and EU consumer law).
• Do not quote prices, discounts or availability, promise anything on our behalf, or claim ratings, reviews, awards or press coverage for Elevated India.
• Do not claim private, exclusive or after-hours access to public monuments, or guarantee wildlife sightings.
• Do not bid on "Elevated India" or close variations in paid search, register look-alike domains, handles or pages, present yourself as Elevated India, post your link on coupon or cashback sites, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Only introduce people personally through your panel if they have agreed to hear from us.

6. Our brand

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the logo files, imagery and copy in your partner panel, solely to promote Elevated India under these terms. Use the logo exactly as supplied — never altered or recoloured.
• Imagery supplied in the panel may be used only within the templates provided, and may not be extracted, resold or used for any other purpose.

7. Privacy

• We process your details to run the programme, as described in our privacy policy.
• Guest personal data belongs to the guest's relationship with us. Your panel shows the stage of each introduction, not the guest's identity, unless you introduced them personally.
• Clicks on your link are counted without storing IP addresses. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we do not set a persistent tracking cookie.

8. Ending the partnership

• Either of us may end the partnership at any time by email. Rewards due on journeys booked before the end date remain payable when they become due, unless the partnership ended because of a breach of these terms.
• We may pause a partnership while we look into a suspected breach.

9. General

• You act as an independent partner, not as our agent or employee, and may not bind us.
• We may update these terms and the programme rates with 30 days' notice by email; changes do not affect rewards on journeys already booked.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
